An award-winning professional, she brings extensive global leadership experience from HSBC, Oracle, and DHL Worldwide Express and drives business impact through PMO excellence, innovation, and integrity.
As a certified Independent Director and Project Management Professional (PMP), Cecilia is deeply committed to integrity, innovation, and delivering measurable impact. Her recognition as the “India PMO Leader of the Year 2022” by the PMO Global Alliance underscores her commitment to championing high standards, cultivating strategic partnerships, and developing future-ready capabilities across various industries.
Ram Prasad Devaraj

Ram Prasad is a results-oriented leader with over 20+ years of experience in Software Development, Program Management, and ITIL Service Operations.
Recently, he focused on emerging technologies like Automation and AI/ML, establishing RPA Centers of Excellence and PMO functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Ram has worked with global firms such as Accenture, Oracle, Automation Anywhere and IBM, delivering strategic solutions in various industries. As an intelligent automation leader, he manages cross-functional teams and global clients, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes while building strong relationships with stakeholders. Greg Leman

Greg is a seasoned technology and security expert with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning software development, data management, and personal security. As Co-Owner of Montana Personal Security LLC, he empowers individuals and organizations through a holistic security approach focused on situational awareness and protection across cyber, financial, and operational domains.
Previously a Senior Director at Oracle for nearly 20 years, Greg led large teams in building enterprise applications and infrastructure supporting $2B in business and 25,000 users. He is known for driving process transformation, agile adoption, and system security. An entrepreneur at heart, Greg founded multiple successful startups, including Metagenix, an early leader in data integration. His background also includes innovation in GIS and public safety applications.
Rajeev Tiwari

As a seasoned technology executive with over 22 years of experience, Rajeev is currently serving as Chief Technology Officer in the banking and financial sector. He previously led innovation and digital transformation at Kinara Capital and had a decade-long tenure at Capital One as Head of Engineering, focusing on strategic objectives and product development. His career at HSBC Global Resourcing progressed from Analyst to Assistant Vice President, enhancing his leadership skills.
